How to Make Brownies Milky

Ingredient 1:

  • 3 eggs
  • 135 grams sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking developer / cake emulsifier
  • 1 pack of Vanilla powder

Ingredient 2:

  • 150 g of wheat flour proteins is
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • 100 g margarine, melted
  • 50 ounces white cooking chocolate, melted
  • 100 ml heavy cream, heat

How to Make Brownies Milky:

  1. Ingredients 1: beat with a mixer until thick and fluffy.
  2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and powdered milk, stirring constantly until blended. Add the margarine, white cooking chocolate and heavy cream. Stir gently with whisk until allingredients mixed.
  3. While the steamer pan is heated, pour the batter into the panmeasuring 20x20x10 cm which had previously been given acookie sheet.
  4. Once completed, steamed dough for 20 minutes, remove andlet cool. Cut into wedges and serve.
